The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of Object-

Oriented (OO) techniques, design patterns, and development approaches

including Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration. Must

have the ability to design, develop and implement high-quality code in

a timely manner. The person will work in a team environment with other

developers to develop user interfaces and underlying data structures

using Flex & Actionscript. The developer will utilize a custom

framework and detailed requirements to code applications to corporate

standards, while this is a programming position there may be some

design work as well.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

You must have experience in Flex and AS3 is required. A demonstration

of Object-Oriented best practices will be an essential part of the

interview.

Candidate must be able to and prepared to supply sample codes during

the interview

- Must have experience with Flex 2 or 3

- Minimum 1 year experience developing complex, enterprise-level web-

applications - preferably with Adobe Flex

- Must have a working knowledge of Action Script 2 or that can be

quickly developed into an advanced knowledge.

- Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure in a deadline

driven environment

- Must have experience with Flash 9.0, Actionscript 3, AS2

- Must have experience with XML Services and data feeds

- Must have experience object-oriented programming as well as User

Interface design and development



- Experience with Flash CS3, FLEX 2.0 and XML are pluses

- Prefer someone with framework familiarity / experience

- Flash, Flex experience
