We need to add 3 more people that can work onsite 50-75% of the time, they don't have to be local, all expenses paid and this job is hourly!:
1) Atlanta: Flex/Flash Dev strong component Developer w lces/lcds experience
2) Seattle: Flex/Flash Architect lces/lcds experience
3) San Jose.Flash/Flex (strong AS3, some ui experience)
4) One possible remote/virtual position

This position plans, develops, tests, and documents high level Flex applications, provides accurate time bids of their work, and can provide critical feedback and support for application defects noted by clients and testers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Advanced skills with Flex and ActionScript 3.0

DESIRED SKILLS:
JavaScript, CSS, Web Graphic Design, GUI Design, nTier Design, Java experience

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline preferred or an equivalent combination of
education and experience
• Two + years developing Flex and ActionScript 3.0
• Object oriented programming (OOP) experience
• Experience in building and managing data-driven Flex applications.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS CONSIDERED A PLUS:
• Experience with other web technologies, such as JavaScript and CSS
• Java or other server side programming experience;
• Experience with SVN or other version control system
